My first run in almost two months! I was having some problems recovering fully from even the easiest workouts, so my GP suggested that I just take the rest of the year off to let everything heal up. So now I'm about 6 lbs heavier and very out of shape but at least nothing hurts.
I plan to take my time getting back into things. Following the rule that it takes 3 weeks to rebuild for each week of lost training, it will take me until June or so before I'm back to a normal training volume. Until then I'll just ever-so-slowly rebuild, which for now looks like about 10 miles per week at a super easy pace.
