It was great weather for a little fast running. After a 1mi warmup, I ran 5mi at just over 7:00 pace, with a 1.4mi cooldown at the end.
My left knee acted up again about mile 4. So tonight I'll do some massage with a baseball on the glute me and TFL muscles. Usually that helps a bunch. I'm also going to have to spend some time in the gym. I was going twice a week for leg work before I ramped up my mileage this summer.
