Why do I run: I love the exhilarating feeling and sense of accomplishment you get when you improve your distance or time. I like the adrenalin you feel afterwards and knowing you have done a good workout. I like how it gives me time to think and often gives me clarity on things in life. On longer runs my motivation for running is from thinking about God and about brave people / animals. |
Why I started running: Felt like running at park one day with dog, realized i could go for 25 minutes without stopping so kept increasing the distance! |
