Notes

Run started off slow, but Nolan and I negative split the 2nd half which happened to be into the wind. I did not feel great during this run. My hamstrings have been feeling extremely tight and a bit sore the past two days. I rolled last night and today after lift. Last night I used the rope for some antagonist muscle stretching as well as a hamstring stretch I learned at PT. I plan on doing both stretches tonight as well.
