4x200 @ 5k w/ 200 jog
5x1k @ CV w/ 400 jog
This went decently well. I thought I’d be able to hit 3:25 and that was pretty accurate. Did a lot better today about not stopping to catch my breath then doing the jog with I have been doing. This was rather continuous (excluding stopping after the 200s to fix my shoes). Jaime was giving me feedback about about my form which helped. Trying for focus on my arms not swinging and directly my momentum forward. I’ve been feeling slow and tired constantly so I was glad I could get something going today
