Ryan gave me my own special workout since I have been doing pathetic training.

Did 3x(800,400,400) with 90 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec rest (chose walking rest over jogging)

Rests were deleted and distances adjusted. This was done on Harvard's track which is 200+ per lap

Calves were sore the first set but warmed into it. Had a lot of difficulty locking into a pace. Ryan wanted me to do 2:26 down to 2:22 for the 800s and 72 down on the 400s but I was all over the place. Not used to working out on a bank. Overall I think this was good - first time I have completed an actual workout in a while. Last indoor race will most likely be the Mile at Valentine
