Workout was 5-4-3-2-1 w/ half time rest. I ended up doing 5-4-2:10-2-1-30

Thought the 30 was part of the workout but I guess that was the women's. My foot has been bugging me for a few weeks now and it was killing me the third rep coming down the hill and it didnt go away on the flat, ended up jogging for a bit, fixing my shoe, jogging, then finishing the WO. Was with the top group for the 5 and the 4 but they were sprinting the recoveries and my foot hurt so I fell off them after 4. Surprised the average pace was what it was given the effort. Spikes came in the mail so I think Ill be ready to rock come saturday
