4x(4x400 @ 5k w/ 30"), 5' rest. Aiming for 78s
Felt really good. Paces werent too hard to hit. Saved a good amount b/c I was planning on doing 4 but 3 was probably the smart option. Was kinda slow because I would get stuck in the back of the group (group was kinda large) and due to my hip being tight. Got a little tight because I didn't do the recovery jog in between because walking felt better on my hip than running. Not too sure what my exact splits was but I was around Rob so I'm stealing his. Going to get my hip squared away for a solid tempo thursday.
