3 x (4’,2’) with 2’ jog at hard and harder effort (basically whatever I felt like running)
Was very cold. Thought I was going to do 4 reps, but didn’t realize how long that’d be. Right calf was tight so 3 worked fine. Did this in trainers
Was actually about a little less than 1200m and a little more than 600m each rep. Extended rest to pee after 2’ #2
