Notes
Having been recently re-motivated to crush Boston, I decided I needed to get my long run up. Only did one of these leading up to the Beantown Marathon (on the treadmill no music or television). I may do one or two more of these depending on how my body feels. Will do 110 minutes next week.
Being sick this started off poorly. I had a lot of chest cramps from coughing, a super raw throat, and a very runny nose. Things got better around 50 min (guessing it was around then, I actually didn't even look at my watch until 108 minutes in). I had set up a water bottle with a nuun tablet dissolved in it and one of my fancy vegan gels by my house, but I never used them. I consumed them soon after I finished though and they were great.
Tomorrow I am at Harvard to watch Jame, so may run with C smith or Jame in the morning then by myself in the afternoon.
