Notes
This was a tough one. Ran at 9 with Jack and it was 90 w/ 68% humidity. Not as much shade as I would have liked. Initially was planning to get my first hour run under my belt but that wasn't in the cards.
Shins and lower inside of my calf down to my ankle on both legs is tight/sore. Been rolling it but not much progress has been made in terms of loosening it up.
Ordered a pair of Skechers GoRun Ride 7's... my pegs are getting to the end of their life and I also have not been super impressed by them so it'll be good to try something new
