Was waiting to get seriously dropped - today was the day. Legs felt zapped after the first 3 reps. The 4 minutes were pathetic. Felt good on the 5 minute. The end was tough because every rep had the hill in it. Honestly really happy with this, I'm in way better shape than I thought I would be. Need to get better at running hills
