Unfortunately felt like I got hit by a truck this afternoon so I couldn't triple. I think I was sleep deprived because I took a 2 hour nap and felt normal again. Only have time for a 5ish mile run tomorrow before I have to catch a plane home (might run again when I get home) although the mileage is a little weak this week with the hills and badger miles I feel like it was an 80 mi week effort wise. Need to start thinking about where I want to be mileage wise for the last 2 weeks as well as for the xc season. Thinking 70-75
