Kinda figured out what I'm doing. Kinda. Reps are not ideal but I'm still learning. Been watching some YouTube videos to learn a bit.
Chest
Barbell bench press (10x45), (10x65), (8x90), (6x100) no spotter wanted to push myself a bit but couldn't
Incline dumbell press angle 45 degrees
(10x(2x20)), (8x(2x25)), (6x(2x30)), (5x(2x35))couldn't quite get 6 on the last one
Incline dumbell fly 45 degrees (15x(2x8)) the 10 and 15s were taken (10x(2x15)), (10x(2x15)), (8x(2x20))
Decline barbell press (10x45),never down decline before so went light for the first set, (10x65), (8x85)
Standing cable fly (10x20), (8x30), (10x30), (6x40) form was dogshit on the last one
Extra stuff
ISO chest press (10x90), (6x110), (10x 90)
Forearm dumbell side shake? X3 (until lock up)
These sucked haha
Tomorrow is my mile time trial interested to see how it goes
