Yeah man, tough day out there but here is the lesson. Tempo is very hard when fatigued. It is different than progression. Only 2-3 mile warm up then tempo then add on what you want for mileage after, and continuous is not as important as the quality of the tempo pace

That's what I was supposed to do?? I thought it was 45 min of running with the last 15 being tempo. Good to know for the future
