With Jaime after an open house (it wasn't a good house). Wanted to get 30 in if I could. Felt my glute for the first few minutes which was on the turf but it subsided. Went off the turf for mile 3 and felt it a little, but not bad. 25 in is when i started to notice it a lot so I got to 4 miles then called it.
Been working the spot with a lax ball at work, coworkers prob think im j-ing off with my breathing and grunts LOL. I ordered new shoes which I hope will help. I think the issue is due to me jumping my mileage and being tired, my form was prob breaking down during runs.
