Paces were about 5:30 ish for 1600 and the min off were about the same distance so I just made things easy for logging purposes. Felt bad so I cut it short. Not a very conducive workout day. Woke up at 6 and had work at 7. Started off the day driving around for 4 hours then later at 2:30 my boss told me I had to drive to Utica to drop some stuff off so I ended up getting home at 6:30 and started the workout closer to 7. 11 hours at work. Would have liked to start it closer to 5:30 because that's how I plan how much I eat for lunch and I was starving the time the workout came along (7 hours without food). Also on the way to Utica I was falling asleep at the wheel which is bad so I stopped and got my first ever coffee. Not used to it and f'd up my stomach. Blah also feeling the weekend still. Need to get some sleep for once and hopefully friday goes better.
