Mixing up the days this week to avoid doing 95 on Christmas. Tomorrow I will double and do the workout, Wednesday will be the long run and Thursday will be 5 mi. Boosts are still good even with 800 mi on them.
I originally lost respect for you because your map is five and a half miles too long and "Matt" is such an unoriginal name, but redeemed you for having the foresight and determination to run an adapted schedule ungodly-ly early in order to save Christmas.

Some say it's just Cishmas phooey. But to the glistening, hopeful eyes of true believers like Nolan P. Feola, Cishy is nothing short of a Cishmas miracle.
