This went pretty well. The first 3 reps felt easy and controlled and I was able to open up on the last two (albeit they were not run evenly). Good to get outside and away from the Harvard indoor track. This workout was substantially better than the last 1k one I did considering I wasn't on a banked track and was running into the wind.
