Good end to a solid week. 2nd highest mileage week ever. I felt horrible the past two days in my hammys due to lift but I felt fantastic today. Over the summer when I approached the mileage I am doing now I would be so worn down by the end of the week, but this week felt easy. 75 mi again next week. This was also done in 9 runs. If I wanted to hit 80 I'd just need 1 more double
