Notes

Manned up and did this today. Didn't feel like pushing it off. While a good portion of the steady segment was downhill, there were two hills that evened it out difficulty wise. Holding off on the strides until tomorrow because my calves were seizing up. Had no idea what I should have been running pace wise, so this was all effort based.
