I'm embarrassed for not only myself but anyone who had to watch that. Only thing keeping me from being more pissed off than I already am the fact I have started every season so far super shitty (xc2014-29;45,tf2015-4:35) so I guess I'm just marginally less shitty to start this season. It's annoying when you run 1.5x the mileage as last year and see no results in 3 races and that my best race is still that 4 miler from the beginning of the summer. I'm going to just listen to the wise words of Sean oconnor and just hope I get my shit together.
