9x300 cutdowns w/ 100 walk/jog

Workout done on 600 loop mapped above. The workout was done in trainers on a sandy road. I think the paces were decent given the circumstances. 600s may have been a bit slow but I think the 300s were on pace. Probably need to take less rest next time. Should also be close to 100% healthy tomorrow
