Impromptu WO. Ate dinner right when I got back from work and pushed the run off. Was nice out (relatively speaking) and I felt good so I decided I would run to the HS then do a workout around the school. To and from the HS was super icy but the high school was tastefully salted. Just arbitrarily picked a pace that felt good and I thought I could hold for 20 min of more. Thought this went well, felt good throughout even though I think I am coming down with something. May mix things up this weekend.

Posted the log then looked at my pace, very pleased. Looking back to the training leading up to marathon #1 I wasn't able to do anything similar. Its about 2 months out and at this point last time I was still building to 50 and I was 145 lbs or more. My first WO was on the treadmill and was 20 min @ 6:21 per mine. Need to keep my nose to the grind stone
