Notes

Pretty solid race. Hip felt good. Legs felt like I had run a tempo but arms felt like I gave a race effort. I felt like I had a ton left that I was not able to access. There was a point in the race where I wanted to stop because I felt like I was going to throw up breakfast. I should be able to hold a pace faster than this for 8k. Need to get back into actual training soon once this hip thing is gone.
