Ran with my new roomie jaime and this went soooooo freaking good. Been doing mini bands and a lot of stretching every night. Stopped lax ball trigger points. I have found (and jaime confirmed) that if you have a knot or something is tight, if you do a super repetitive exercise such as clams, that targets the specific area to the point of soreness, it really helps speed along recovery. Also, for as long as I can remember, when I run my feet land one in front of another BUT today they were spaced as if there was a line running through the middle of my legs where the right foot couldnt pass onto the left and the left to the right. I remember lynch pointing that out sophomore or junior year in the armory (the fact that i land 1 in front of the other) but i couldnt fix it. Maybe this injury was a blessing in disguise... honestly not running a lot has kind of been needed. I have been going absolutely non stop for it seems like months on end between house hunting, online class, work/travel, or driving to Medford. Was really able to focus; I am now done with the course and things are in motion (fingers crossed) on the house search
