One loop around the HS is 1k exactly. Its not flat but more flat than hilly, didn't know it was a K exactly until today, so may use it again.
First 4k in 15:05 and 2nd in 15:01. I was averaging about 2:45 and struggled a little on ks 5 & 6. I rallied on 7 and wanted to see how much I could get down (w/o racing) on the last one. Ran 3:35. Pleased with this, I kind of struggled to hang in there due to BR issues creeping up.
On the way back I was really struggling to hold it in, had to stop a few time to let off some real stinkers. Managed to make it home okay.
