4x200 w/ 200 jog, 6x800m w/ 90 seconds
This wasnt the best... did it on a 400m loop on the HS premise that i half uphill, half downhill. GPS was getting it slightly less than 800m, but its a wheeled 800 (I think). Could not get in a groove, the first 400 would be ~80 then I would just be mentally and physically exhausted in the 2nd that things fell apart. It felt like I was always running into the wind. Usually I can rip on this loop bc the downhill is nice but there was a lot of wind on it which eliminated its usefulness. On to the next one
