Slipped on some ice on Friday and to stabilize myself I jerked my upper body upright which kinda hurt my back when it happened but my lower abs/groin/pelvic muscle feels strained and was extremely tight to when getting going. Eased into it and it loosened up nicely. I was a fan of this loop although it wasn't what I wanted to do. Pretty easy to add on to this in the future.
