It was incredibly windy so was expecting nothing from this. 200s were underwhelming, which had my hopes even lower. First k was the quickest I've done in a while, so went with it. Progressed down to 3:16 then to 3:13 for the last one. The started to tie up a little on the last on, partially due to it being too fast and also because I was freezing. Decided 4 was plenty considering I have not been doing much of anything. Biggest positive from this workout was they were actually 90 second rests, not 90 plus some misc amount of time I spent catching my breath. Need to get my consistency back
