7 (supposed to be 8) by 90 sec hard, 60 sec hardish, 30 sec fast with 60 sec, 60 sec, 120 sec jog between.
Was not feeling primed - legs were flat as evident by "fast" being 5:00 pace at the fastest and sick to my stomach. I felt like I had lost a part of my soul when I finished. Still not used to 2x workouts a week
