Guess know you you’ve been getting your run durations upppppppp when 50 minutes felt short. Same fartlek as last week, just 12 reps instead of 10. Felt fast, but certainly tired. Medial ankle tightness again. Been rolling my foot with a laxball at work, need to work my calf a bit. I’ve had it for a while but it’s been manageable
