Notes
A bump in the road you could say. I have been feeling very tired after the progression- long sat and sun and today was a reflection of the fatigue. 67 last week was the most miles i've done in a week so that adds extra fatigue. Today I just wasn't feeling it from the start. My legs were tired, arms were stiff and my stomach wanted nothing to do with the run. I plan on taking tomorrow as a recovery day so I can bounce back for the rest of the week. I do not have class tomorrow morning so I am going to catch up on some sleep.
