5',4',3',2',1' w/ half the time recovery jog

All I wanted to do was run a sub 5 mile. After I did that, I was struggling a bit. The weather was beginning to become tumultuous as soon as the WO started. The 5' was tough, 4' easy, 3' min super hard (uphill into the wind), 2' easy, 1' easy.

I think this was a good workout, but who knows. It was pretty short, but I felt gassed at the end which is a good sign I suppose. Tuesdays workout will be super easy this week. Will probably do 20 min WU, 1 mile @ 5:20-25, then 4-6x 150m, and a 20 min cooldown. Hoping to be ready to roll for the mile at Terrier this weekend (which cost me $34!!!!)
