Morning run grind. Loved running with some amount of light as opposed to running in complete darkness. Got up at 6:00 am, got it done, and am still at work before most people. Starting off the day right!
Nice day yesterday at the meet @ Franklin Park. Weather was perfect and ate excellent mexican food afterwards. Got to watch Jaime debut post collegiatley which was cool. Also got to watch Brian run a pretty good 10k
On another note I do not see myself racing at all this fall or winter. My training will consist of easy runs, strides 2x a week, and an LR w/ a possible Saturday double
