Notes

Easier workout today. Had a long kinda stressful day between waking up early, feeding all the cats, driving Simba to the vet, driving to the dentist, getting my teeth cleaned, driving to work, working, driving to get Simba then driving him, driving home, and feeding the cats again. Was feeling eh on the start of the run. Ran to the track where I did some active stretching then hopped into it. This didn't feel very hard, warmed into it on the 3rd. Probably should have taken it easier considering it was a stressful day and very windy on the back stretch. Legs felt AMAZING but lungs were struggling. Taking it easy the rest of the week leading up to the 15k, will do some variation of strides Thursday.
