Ugh, another bad one. Was hoping to do a 4 mile TT in honor of the 4th of July, but was feeling flat and had a stomach cramp so accepted that it would be closer to tempo pace. First mile is somewhat uphill but pace was on, started to not feel great on the second mile and my cramp got worse which impaced my breathing. Stopped at 2 miles and stood around for a bit to figure out what I should do. Decided to do a fartlek, but my cramp got way worse, so I jogged home. Cramp was really bad for 3-4 hours following the WO.

Pretty dissapointed with how things have been going training wise over the last month, I am going to focus on protein and supplements to help me recover faster and hopefully feel normal.
