Not expecting much as I didn't go to bed until 2 had to be up early to make sure mike got to the airport in time. Failed tempo again this time due to some explosiveness. I think my issue has been my legs get too cold and thus tight makng things miserable. Ran with tights today and I lnow I could have done 20+ minutes of tempo had I not had bathroom issues
