Chest

Barbell bench press (10x45), (10x75), (8x85), (8x95), (3x105) probably could have got around 6 if I had a spotter just didn't want the weight to fall on my chest

Incline dumbell press angle 35degrees

(10x(2x20)), (8x(2x25)), (6x(2x30)), (6x(2x35))

Incline dumbell fly 35 degrees (15x(2x10) (10x(2x15)), (8x(2x20)), (6x(2x25))

Decline barbell press (10x45), (8x75), (6x95)

Standing cable fly (10x20), (10x30), (6x40)

Chest press machine ( 2x(10x15)), (2x(8x20)), (2x(6x25))

ISO chest press (10x(2x45)), (10x(2x45)) shoulders still sore from the last session making this harder
