Was planning to do 4x200 @ 5k w/ 200 jog, 3xmile at 5:15, 4x200 @ R w/ 200 jog, but that didn't happen. Did the 200s and first mile (which felt easy) but then got extreme stomach discomfort. Stood around for a minute or two until it subsided. I realized I would not be able to do any longer reps so I decided to do 2x400 then 4x200 faster with stading rest. Was fatigued by the end. Jaime has been pushing for me to do it for a while, so I will be going to Battle Road practice on Wednesday, workout may go better at the Harvard track
