Pretty chill end of the week long run. Hit 65 mi this week which was my goal. The reason I wanted to do 65 mi is because if the beginning of the week went my way, I would have ran 5 mi on monday and about 16 on tuesday (I missed out on 15 miles this week) I would have been at 80. Hip was bothersome during the first part of the run but went away. Probably the least effort I've put into a long run thus far this summer. The last 4 minutes were easily sub 6. Goal for next week, stay healthy
