Was so jacked up after this!

8x400 w/ 400 recovery jog. First 4 @ a controlled fast effort, last 4 @ at an effort that I’d need to work. Done entirely in trainers. My stride feels better than ever, I feel a lot stronger and controlled on harder efforts, much less arm swinging. Interested to see how next race goes
