Thought that doing in this in the middle of the day was a major mistake. Ended up being sweaty, but fine. Best ET in weeks, maybe even this year. Pace was faster on a more difficult loop than lake Q and effort was lower. Rolling hills and wind slowed me at the end but was good regardless. It’s nice my legs cooperated for once
