Much better race today. Worked on sleep and it payed off. I'm amazed at how big of a difference there was between today and Tuesday. I'm actually not too thrilled with this race tho. The time is w/e but I reached my goal 3 miles in and settled, coasting it in. I should have been able to run ~20 seconds faster today. Just need to work on it next time as I know what I can do.
