5x1k w/ 90 sec jog.
Its weird that when I split my watch I see one thing, then it gets recorded completely different (in reference to 1k #1)
I was not feeling super sharp, this was definitely not easy. I felt like I was mentally tough during this. None of the reps felt any harder than the previous one, they all equally sucked.
Tempo on Saturday most likely which will be nice
