Was planning on a 40 min ET, but the weather had other plans for me. On the warm up I felt gassed and was suffering. Stopped for a minute to gather my thoughts, then continued. Was thinking of ways I could make it easier and decided on 4x10'. Once I started... it felt easier than the WU! So I decided on continuous. I didnt look at pace again this week so I thought the pace was decent based off feel. Started to get very warm and uncomfortable around 20 min and decided in the spirit of the down week to just do 30 and cool down to 11
