Ryan didnt send out a workout email so this was pretty random. Tempo mile into 4x1k. Wanted to keep this conservative as my foot (which had been plaguing me this winter) felt like it was ready to flare up again on the warmup. I kept the route on the roads flat and did it on the track which seemed to help. Legs were extremely tight and I was not feeling recovered at all from this weekend so I think this was a W
