I know it's bad to have the mentality but I had a feeling the race would go this way. I know it doesn't really reflect my fitness. This was 2 seconds faster than what I ran my first 800 m of my mile in last weekend. Not upset. This has been a crazy week for me mileage wise so not too upset. I am going to tone it down next week. I know it's not good to chase #s but one of my life goals is to run 100 mi and this is the week to do it
