This felt great. BUT was running in my new shoes and got pretty bad blisters on my left foot. They got really bad at the end so I called it and did a barefoot turf cooldown. I wanted to do 4 but I think I made the right call. I’m feeling iffy about the gels I have, an hour after taking them my stomach gets a little queasy. May investigate new gels.

Things I need to work on in the next week:

Sleep

Loosen right hamstring

Get moleskin

Get powder for my feet

Look at HUMA gels if you can get them. All natural fruit and stuff, not as thick as gu either
