Well... I guess this is better than the last few days. Right hip felt good (still going to work on it though) but the left hip still isn't back. Felt fine when I was running but it was progressively getting worse. It felt tight/locked-up and weak. Much better than it has been feeling. Didn't want to push it and hurt myself again, trying to be cautious (too cautious?). Going to try a double tomorrow if I feel better. Maybe 3 mi in the morning and 5-7 at night? What should I be doing for cross training?

Don't double until it feels good. Do whatever cross training you can do pain free and do it after whatever run you do. I would say you're doing fine. Where does it feel locked up and tight/ weak? Still all three zones?
